Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us here at Studio Jessica Rose! We value your business so much and wish to create an enjoyable shopping experience for you. We are proud to go above and beyond to ensure you love your purchase as much as we did creating them! Unfortunately sometimes things occur that bring this experience down or unfortunately damage the product. Please reach out if this is the case and we will be more than happy to help.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To apply for a return, you can contact us at hello@studiojessicarose.com. Due to the varying size and nature of our products we retain the right to refuse a return. All returns costs are at the discretion of the customer. Refund for this cost may be applied for when the return has been accepted, however we retain the right to refuse this without justification or reason. 

If your return is accepted, we will contact you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We value your business and do our very best to insure our products are carefully packed and posted to avoid any possibility of damage occurring. However unfortunately regrettable accidents do occasionally occur.
To help avoid unnecessary delays in resurrecting such an event, please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, and we will do our utmost to correct the situation. 

In the unfortunate event of an original painting being damaged during transit we will replace it with a commission piece to the same value. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

Unfortunately we do not accept exchanges for change of mind or any other reason. If you have received a product that is damaged please see the returns policy above. 

Refunds 

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on any products.

Where possible we will do our best to replace the returned item with a copy. In the instance of an original one of a kind product (ie. painting, handmade bag etc.) we will replace it with store credit to the same value, a commission to the same value or replacement with a similar product to the same value at the discretion of the customer.
